Rodney Turner: President, CEO

Rodney Turner brings over 15 years of business development experience to his role as President and CEO of Layer 3 Communications. Prior to co-founding Layer 3 Communications he worked for Nortel Networks and joined that organization resulting from the acquisition of Bay Networks. He also opened an office in Atlanta for a network integrator and held Regional Sales Management positions with Emulex Corporation.

Josh Bailey: Vice President – Professional Services

Josh Bailey has over 15 years of experience designing, implementing and supporting some of the largest networks in the southeast. Prior to co-founding Layer 3 Communications, he was an engineering manager at Nortel Networks and spent years supporting Nortel’s carrier and large enterprise customers.
