Layer 3 Communications, LLC was founded in 1998 and has two managing partners: Josh Bailey and Rodney Turner. Together they have in excess of 60 years experience in providing communication solutions to customers throughout the United States. Our main location is in Atlanta, Georgia with additional offices in Texas and South Carolina.

Layer 3 Communications is a Professional Services organization that provides: Consulting, Network Audits, Network Analysis, Network Design, Network Security, Project Management, Staging and Implementation, Installation, Time and Materials, and Support Planning.

Layer 3 Communications also provides Network Systems Integration for Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks including: Internet Access, Virtual Private Networks, Remote Access, Network Security, and Firewalls.

Layer 3 Communications knowledge and experience is immense. Our Infrastructure Architects and Project Managers design, implement, and support network infrastructures for data, voice, and video communications.
