1/17/12 - Layer 3 Customer Bulletin
Layer 3 has been advised of vulnerabilities within the JUNOS firmware. The vulnerabilities while they exist are only accessible when on the trusted networks the devices inhabit. The vulnerabilities involve cross-site scripting against the J-Web interface and command security bypass on the CLI. If you need information to assist in this matter please contact the Layer 3 Communications monitoring team. We have already sent out an advisory to all of our Juniper customers regarding this issue.
